As the snow softly falls, settling into a sweet sugary surface, I take a deep breath of air. I'm thankful for the beautiful, and changing scenes that I'm given on a daily basis here.
I truly love this place. More than I ever thought I could. I love the people who are friendly and kind, and the weather which is more than eager to present me with 4 solid, unique seasons.
Today I fired up the snowblower. We had more than a dusting of snow on the driveway, and I had a blast wrestling around Dan's big machine. I felt so freaking CAPABLE! I got the entire driveway cleared off, and then cleared the street down to the drain. I am so thrilled that I kept up my attitude of "getting things done". After I used the big, manly machine, I used the shovel and got what didn't get scooped up by the blower.
Aaaargh! I am woman, hear me ROAR!

I can totally relate! I had to lug that big monster out of our garage a couple of times last year when DH was gone on business trips - I was so proud when I looked at the mounds of snow I had cleared from our driveway! LOL!
